About the position

This is a full-time consulting assignment lasting for 7 months, from February to August. You will be employed by Bravura and work as a consultant at Länstrafiken Norrbotten. There are opportunities for extension of the assignment.

This assignment extends over the summer, which means limited opportunities for vacation.

Länstrafiken's mission is to operate and develop public transport within Norrbotten County. The operations include public transport by bus as well as service trips, which include transport services and medical trips. Job responsibilities

As a service desk employee, you are a key player in ensuring high customer satisfaction and delivering first-class service. Together with your colleague, you are responsible for providing support and guidance to customers who need to replace their old bus cards with new ones, while also informing them about Länstrafiken's digital solutions, such as their app environment.

By offering relevant and clear information, you help customers simplify and digitize their travel within public transport. In addition, you answer questions related to departures, buses, and other travel inquiries to ensure a smooth and positive experience for the travelers.

The workplace is at a front desk at the bus station in Luleå, where you have primary responsibility for a service-oriented environment with direct contact with customers. The role may involve some day trips to other locations in Norrbotten. The employment begins with an introduction and training in Överkalix. 

Your tasks:

• Primary responsibility for the front desk

• Provide service and be the face of the company

• Answer questions related to public transport and guide in the app environment

Education, experience, and personal qualities

• Service experience from e.g., customer contact, café, hotel, or similar 

• Good data and system skills

• Fluent in Swedish, good knowledge of English

• Experience in customer service is an advantage
